Life is Too Short

Hello everyone - Since I’ve made my new workout plan.. I’m right on track. I’m trying to stay motivated, trying to help other keep motivated around me and just  be a better person in general to everyone! I’ve really been thinking a lot lately about people who I’m around and associate with and realize they are so vital to who you are as a person. I really want to strive to surround myself with like-minded, positive people so you can bounce off each other when things may get down. I plan on doing things for myself and being positive to other people who I’ve not been so positive to. I plan on making some big changes to better myself in the near future and sticking to them. I have a couple people to thank for helping me realize things! I just really want to reach for my goals, not only in life, but in fitness. In my free time I’ve been working out, as my plan states. Yesterday did my 20 min. warm up, then TNT class, followed by 40 minutes on the elliptical at a pretty good intensity. It was a great workout, today I did 20 min. on the step mill, followed by 25 min. on the precor elliptical. Tomorrow will be quads/hams + 30 min. cardio. Legs usually kick my you know what so I think 30 min. post-training will be enough fat-burning. I will be hitting the gym bright and early tomorrow morning with a chick friend, we may try a spinning class? Today my calories were on target pretty much. I drank more than my 2.2L of water jug. Sorry this blog is kind of sappy, but it’s about time I think out of all the blogs I’ve written. I’m stoked I’m sticking to the program.. good luck to *EVERYONE* with their program this weekend and happy training!
