It was another bomb.com eating day. Hydroxycut really kills your cravings I can’t believe it. I had a great, well-rounded day of eating, drank over 2L for sure of water, did 10 min. warm up at the studio, followed by the TNT (abs & booty class), then went over to LAF for my 30 min. medium/high intensity elliptical cardio. I wouldn’t call tonight’s cardio HIIT cause I was already drained after the class, but I prob did a 4-5 min medium to 1 min. high ratio through out the 30 min.. burned 350 cals though! That’s all for now - goodnight!

As I near the end of my 2nd mini-goal I’m feeling pretty good. I have been completely focused and have had my life revolved around this thing for over a week, really pushing to make this weigh-in/prog. pic really good. I’ve been drinking over 2.2L of water a day, eating well-rounded and good.. Hydroxycut has been lacking a little just cause I can not take that + Fuzion at the same time, I would probably die! I’ve been doing the Hydrox in the morning/lunch, then before I leave work I take the Fuzion so it’s timed just right with training. Tonight is my TNT class - super excited! Followed by at least 30 minutes of cardio. I’m going to be super busy today as I have a lot to do prior to my pics on Sat. and visiting Grandma on Sat., too. I will be eating a homemade grinder there - they are really clean actually, little bread, veggies and meats with extra virgin olive oil and pepper for dressing.. I can’t wait for that either! My grandma is the sh*t.. she even works out everyday and is the spunkiest mid-70-something woman I know! Come Sunday… I will be in week 1 of my next 2 month mini-challenge. This time around, I will have 2 extra training sessions per week! That means more limping around, more muscle growing, and more accountability! I can not wait! When this next challenge ends, it will be my 1 year of progress pics, so I’m verrrrry determined to have some huge changes! Today I have my lunch packed already, and snacks. I’m going to try to always have 1 protein shake everyday, I’ve been lacking that. I get protein, but mostly from tuna or chicken. I need the liquid too though since it is way lighter. That’s all for now. Good luck to everyone today.

Thank God my legs feel better this morning! I took some glutamine and joint juice + protein shake last night before I went to bed, also did some stretching! I slept great, got to bed before 11pm (which I try to do every night) and woke up so refreshed and energized this morning. I’m so happy I actually took the day off yesterday. I did stay active though by cleaning my whole house and taking my dog for a walk. This morning I packed my day’s worth of food. I have oatmeal & cottage cheese for breakfast, almonds and apple for snack, a huge yummy salad with chicken breast, broccoli, romaine lettuce, 2 hardboiled egg whites, pearl tomatoes, w/ a sesame ginger soy fat-free low sodium dressing for lunch!! (I love Trader Joes) .. and protein shake for another snack. I will prob be eating green beans and 1 portion of protein post-gym (not sure what kind yet). The best part is.. I’ll be eating this for the next 4 days. My results are always the best when I plan it all out, calories and all. I have a fun weekend ahead and want to make sure my progress pictures Saturday morning are the best possible. These pictures will also serve as my "before" to my next mini-goal (LAF, TNT and BBK training 3x a week for 8 weeks!).

This weekend was pretty bomb for training and eating. I was right on track with my work out plan both days. Yesterday I did quads/ham/inner thighs with a 10 min. step mill warm up, followed by 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio. I’m sore today.. so I know I kicked my ass. I drank my jug of water and only had 1 mini-cheat at a birthday party. All in all really good! Today I went and did 47 minutes of straight up interval cardio on the precor elliptical. Kudos to Korn and Disturbed for being such awesome bands and helping me get through my cardio sessions! I’m actually very stoked tonight because as of March I will be adding a 3rd session of trainer-training to my plan! It is a bikini body boot camp that my old trainer is setting up. So I’ll have upper body training 1 night (alt. between bi/back and chest/shoulder/tri with this trainer), then abs/glutes with old awesome trainer another night.. and the new night will be the bikini boot camp! I know that between these three sessions weekly, I will for sure have a new, leaner body by May 1st - my new mini-goal. I can not wait

Hello everyone - Since I’ve made my new workout plan.. I’m right on track. I’m trying to stay motivated, trying to help other keep motivated around me and just be a better person in general to everyone! I’ve really been thinking a lot lately about people who I’m around and associate with and realize they are so vital to who you are as a person. I really want to strive to surround myself with like-minded, positive people so you can bounce off each other when things may get down. I plan on doing things for myself and being positive to other people who I’ve not been so positive to. I plan on making some big changes to better myself in the near future and sticking to them. I have a couple people to thank for helping me realize things! I just really want to reach for my goals, not only in life, but in fitness. In my free time I’ve been working out, as my plan states. Yesterday did my 20 min. warm up, then TNT class, followed by 40 minutes on the elliptical at a pretty good intensity. It was a great workout, today I did 20 min. on the step mill, followed by 25 min. on the precor elliptical. Tomorrow will be quads/hams + 30 min. cardio. Legs usually kick my you know what so I think 30 min. post-training will be enough fat-burning. I will be hitting the gym bright and early tomorrow morning with a chick friend, we may try a spinning class? Today my calories were on target pretty much. I drank more than my 2.2L of water jug. Sorry this blog is kind of sappy, but it’s about time I think out of all the blogs I’ve written. I’m stoked I’m sticking to the program.. good luck to *EVERYONE* with their program this weekend and happy training!

Wow! So I trained on Tuesday with my trainer and did triceps and shoulders. Shoulders… could have done more.. triceps… they still hurt.. BUT he also threw in just 1 extra exercise that was like a one-legged squat against a machine while doing a tricep extension.. I don’t know, but it really targeted my glutes. I had ther hardest time walking around yesterday.
Today… I’m going to strive to hit the weights, and then hit the cardio immeidately after. I’m going to do back and bi’s, followed by 3 ab exercises, followed by cardio. I’m going to try to do interval, maybe I’ll do 20 min interval, then follow that with 20 min. medium intensity. I only have 9 days to my next progress picture, I have to make sure I look good and I can see a difference. I’m a bit discouraged though since between a few setbacks this last mini-goal period. I was super sick for a couple weeks, had a minor injury. I’m hoping I can really stay on track this next go around. April 8th will be my 1 year official time from when I began training with my old trainer. I’m actually going to start a weekly TNT (tummy and tushy) class with her tonight. Anything with accountability and I’m in.. I love her, she is my old trainer and she is the bomb.com. Between the TNT and training (2x a week) accountability… I plan on having even BETTER progress pictures for my 1 year of even having progress pictures in the beginning of May! I’m going to do my best to not yet anything get me down. Working out has sersiously changed my outlook on life and I need to pick myself up and get super-pumped again.. not just medium pumped. I’m going to read some articles today, perhaps plan a new plan… and look forward to tonight!

I can not wait until I can take another progress picture! My back fat is virtually gone! Stomach has gotten so much flatter, still fluffy, but flatter. This is where my intervals are going to come into play. I’m going to do some good cardio and core tonight since I did legs with the trainer yesterday! My calories were kind of low too, which I know is bad! I felt like I was going to die after triple-setting exercises with my legs. They burned though!!! My arm is finally functioning so I can almost hit the upper body weight again.. I can almost taste it I can not wait!!! This longgg weekend I’ll be focusing on interval cardio (F, Sa, Su, M) and doing abs and prob legs again on Sunday. I’m super stoked and ready to continue and persevere with my dedication to my mini goal. I ended up going good on my overall calories.. compensated with a hamburger from in-n-out.. with NO spread though. I’m going to save my calories for an actual cheat meal. I’m only going to allow 1 of those within the next 15 days. I can’t wait to rock this weekend with cardio and fat burning. My next progress pics.. I will post March 1st, will be the sheeeeeet!

So last night was a great night! Managed AGAIN to stay below my calorie goal for the day. I feel I got a well rounded balance of food, too. I’m really going to strive to be as clean as possible and take each day so serious as I near the end of my mini-goal. I really want to prepare my body to lose the last 15 pounds by April. April will be 1 year of being truly commited to fitness. I plan on making at progress pic memorable. That is my *medium* term goal. Short term, Feb. 28th, Long term is to lose all my excess body fat and become sexy and toned. I know it’s in there! I’m also adding a thermo to my mix. (This is the kicker.) I plan on utilizing it as what it is, a supplement, to help boost my RMR so I can burn the most calories as possible while at rest, and working out. I’ve never really used a thermo, so I think to kick the last few pounds.. who knows it may help me out. I’m willing to give it a shot. I’m also going to attempt to add a cup of green tea to my meals. I do this at work since we have the best of the best quality tea here (I work with Asians). But at home I only dink water. I think green tea prior to bed would also be a good addition. SO, with all this said.. I’m going to go day by day and try to immerse my life as much as I can, to not lose sight of the goal!

So last night I ended up doing 45 minutes of interval ass kicking cardio. It was fantastic. Went home, ate my whole wheat slice of bread and ff cheese and boca burger for dinner + green beans. That was fantastic too. This morning I woke up and came to work super early for 35 min. of.. yes, more interval cardio! Diet was excellent yesterday, today is all planned out too, probably repeating 99% of what I ate yesterday but I don’t even care. Tonight I will be doing ab excercises at the casa and jogging with my dog prior to that to get the heart rate up. Things are going great! Only 18 more days to go until my mini-goal is complete, and we will see the verdict! I’m scared, but excited.
