My Thoughts on Cheating and Boozing
Hey! So tomorrow I start a new training week. I worked out twice on Friday, and Sat. and Sun. did fun cardio each day. OH and the Fit Expo was awesome!! Definitely ready to implement some new things. I plan on doing legs again tomorrow with my trainer. I seriously want to hobble into work on Tuesday. Every day this week I will be doing 40 minutes of cardio on my lunch. I will also be tracking every calorie. I plan on having super clean weeks from here on out.
This includes not drinking - anything! No shots, no mixed drinks, nothing. I think it’s amazing how so many people say they are trying to better themself and they are soo into fitness yet will still go out and get $hit-faced? Even if it’s diet-coke and vodka.. or a light beer, it’s still ALCOHOL. Or when people pay hundreds of dollars for a trainer yet will go out and eat whatever they want? And that takes money too. It’s extremely counterproductive. I see and hear about so many people doing it so much. It’s amazing, it’s driven me to really control my cheats. Cheating usually takes money, and hours of stomach pains, because your stomach has to produce so much acid to break down all that $hit.
Until Feb. 28th, I will be doing my very, very best to plan my life and prepare my food to not include cheat meals or alcohol. I think if I consistently include 300 extra calories to burn per day over 4 - 5 day work weeks, that’s 1.7 pounds I could potentially lose.
This next week I have high spirits for my goals. I figure I’m just going to wait until Feb. 1st to do another progress picture, then do ALL measurements and pictures on Feb. 28th. Swimsuit season is coming up quick! I want to make sure my body kicks @$$ on all the upcoming vacations! I’m sooo pleased with what I’ve done so far. I’m so thankful for my trainers and people who really support me in my journey.
P.S. I’m still super stoked about my iPod and can’t wait to rock on at the gym TWICE tomorrow!
