Going STRONG
Hey! So things are going great! I have been eating super clean! Had my first cheat meal on Wednesday night, went to BJ’s and had a sandwich and wedge fries! I’ve been going to the gym 1-2x a day, once for cardio on my lunch, then again for weights and cardio after work. NOT EVERY DAY, but I’d say 3 out of the 5 days this week for sure! I can totally tell my tummy feels a little "lighter" just from eating well. And between the eating right and cardio I’m hoping I will see some real results in the next couple weeks. I’m going to take a progress pic Feb. 1st, then again when my 10 pound personal challenge is DONE!!! Go me!
