FINALLY! POSTED PICS!
Yowwza! I finally got my butt up and took them. I think I can tell my tummy getting less fatty and lifting up for sure. Once major thing I’m doing is going to the gym on my lunch break for 30 min. of cardio 4-5 days out of the week. I figure it’s an easy, no stress way to burn… 330 x 5 = 1,650 extra a week
.. plus whatever else that I hike my metabolism up a bit because of it. I enjoy going, so I think I will keep on it. I think I really need to keep on the cardio too to burn this junk off my body!!! I’m weight training hard 3x a week for sure… 1 DAY = Chest/Tri/Shoulder, 2 DAY = Legs, 3 DAY = Back/Bi .. And I do upper/lower abs 3 times before cardio the other days, and rest 1 day. I work out those muscle groups hard too. Well, toodles for now!!
