Better
So I got really really sick from Thursday until Sunday. I worked out Thursday night, then got worse.. I know, bad move. But I didn’t work out at all from Friday until yesterday. It sucked being gone, cause it’s so hard to go back. Today I went to do 30 min. cardio on my lunch, but tonight is going to be such a struggle to go… I just want to eat. I know that sounds so bad, but it’s true. I couldn’t eat at all this weekend cause of how much my throat hurt, I had like 1 meal a day when I could force something down my throat, regardless it hurt or not, just to give me strength. Ughhh.. motivation!! WHERE ARE YOU!
