Lazy Daisy
I know, I’m a slacker with getting the pics up. I might wait until someone can do it for me. And I don’t know where my diggy went. But yeah I’m back to tracking my food again after the thanksgiving crap. Literally, crap. I’m going to ALSOOOOO start going to do 30 min. of cardio on my lunch now. It will boost my daily RMR and overall weight loss. Morning work outs are good, but with this daylight savings thing it really makes me lazy daisy.
