Well I had a first good week of vacation - now I’m ready to work off all those pieces of pumpkin pie and get some hard core work outs in this next week to start the year off great. I have set a new goal in my headline, and I will have my new work out schedule up tomorrow.

Goodbye 2008

Hello - well I am officially off work at 12 today for my Christmas/New Year vacation until the 5th. I’m super excited to be off. I am ready to go relax, work out after eating on Christmas Eve/Day. I really want to embrace this time and enjoy myself and time with family and friends. I am super stoked though that I have been continuing to work out and will continue to step it up through the holidays and have my ass in the gym and training even HARDER this new year. I’ve come a long way in 2008, over 25 lbs lost. I can’t wait to see myelf at my 1 year training mark, April 2009. I have my friends and support to thank for it. :) Happy Holidays!

FINALLY! POSTED PICS!

Yowwza! I finally got my butt up and took them. I think I can tell my tummy getting less fatty and lifting up for sure. Once major thing I’m doing is going to the gym on my lunch break for 30 min. of cardio 4-5 days out of the week. I figure it’s an easy, no stress way to burn… 330 x 5 = 1,650 extra a week :) .. plus whatever else that I hike my metabolism up a bit because of it. I enjoy going, so I think I will keep on it. I think I really need to keep on the cardio too to burn this junk off my body!!! I’m weight training hard 3x a week for sure… 1 DAY = Chest/Tri/Shoulder, 2 DAY = Legs, 3 DAY = Back/Bi .. And I do upper/lower abs 3 times before cardio the other days, and rest 1 day. I work out those muscle groups hard too. Well, toodles for now!!

Better

So I got really really sick from Thursday until Sunday. I worked out Thursday night, then got worse.. I know, bad move. But I didn’t work out at all from Friday until yesterday. It sucked being gone, cause it’s so hard to go back. Today I went to do 30 min. cardio on my lunch, but tonight is going to be such a struggle to go… I just want to eat. I know that sounds so bad, but it’s true. I couldn’t eat at all this weekend cause of how much my throat hurt, I had like 1 meal a day when I could force something down my throat, regardless it hurt or not, just to give me strength. Ughhh.. motivation!! WHERE ARE YOU!

Lazy Daisy

I know, I’m a slacker with getting the pics up. I might wait until someone can do it for me. And I don’t know where my diggy went. But yeah I’m back to tracking my food again after the thanksgiving crap. Literally, crap. I’m going to ALSOOOOO start going to do 30 min. of cardio on my lunch now. It will boost my daily RMR and overall weight loss. Morning work outs are good, but with this daylight savings thing it really makes me lazy daisy.
