3 Months is OVER!!

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008

Wow, today is a great day! I’ve officially completed my first BFL challenge. I def think I could have done better. But shoot, I’ve never really set a goal with a certain time frame and set out to just do as best as I could. I think I’ve learned a lot, and really solidified a working out schedule. Tonight I will write everything up and send it in tomorrow along with new pics. I will be taking new pics first thing tomorrow morning :) . And also posting new stats tomorrow as well that I will be submitting with my packet. We’ll see what happens with that ish. But.. tomorrow I want to start again and set another goal. A weight loss goal since I still have quite a few pounds of fat to go. I’d really like to do one with a girl buddy though!!!! Even if it’s across country, exchange numbers, keep each other in check! Seriously, people hit me up if you are interested. Cause I’m dead serious. It could be fun! :) Anyone with the same goals as I! Well, pat on my back for completing this 3 month challenge. New pics and stats will be taken tomorrow. So stay tuned, and I’m onto a new goal!!

Confession

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

I think planning is the key to my success thus far. I’ve been kinda busy past couple days thus have not been able to make my pre-made meals like I typically do. This week I am going to just be as healthy and clean as possible, hoping right back on the diet train. Today has been good :)

Hello!! 2 Weeks!

Tuesday, November 11th, 2008

Hey!!! Wow has time flown by!! I literally have 2 weeks left of my first BFL. It’s definitely been a challenge, seriously no joke. Thus far, it’s really helped to solidify fitness as a part of my life. I will be setting another goal after this challenge concludes. After this one, I will be setting goals (hopefully) 8 weeks at a time. I like the 12 weeks, but I think for me, I want something sooner. The pictures reaallly help, and the stats. I’ve officially become to hate the scale. Like seriously, it can toy with my emotions more than any guy could ever.  And for me, I have naturually larger areas, I have larger thighs, like the scale, sucks!!! :) I just need to keep on emphazing the cardio. I have been doing more of the interval style cardio too. Always doing 30-45 min. after my weights. I’ve also officially started meeting with my new personal trainer too. I’m now in the 150’s and plan to go where I LITERALLY have not been before, and that’s into the 140’s, and then 130’s by next year. I have not been back there in I don’t know HOW LONG. So, it’s really exciting, yet frustrating teetering in the mid 150’s! But with meeting with my new trainer, and really taking things up a notch. Meaning… I will be structuring my workouts a little more:

DAY 1: Trainer (full body)

DAY 2: Chest, Biceps, Triceps

DAY 3: Legs and Core

DAY 4: Shoulders and Back

DAY 5: Core

These are my days with weight training. I will be following each weight session with 30-45 minutes of cardio. I am going to put a new program together and post it next week. :) Yay for progress!!

Yay for Legs!

I worked out my legs so hard tonight I thought  I was going to puke!!! :) Enough said. Time is flying!!!!

20 DAYS

Wednesday, November 5th, 2008

WOW, 20 days to go on this great challenge. I’ve def had my ups and downs. But I’ve done a lot of great things I think. Also, I’ve started training again. So I will begin a new challenge, including my training, once this one is done. I am still on fire, keeping on the cardio especially. But just wanted to check in and give an update. SO FAR SO GOOD! Just need to keep focusing on keeping my eating in check and doing cardio and weights. Whew… it’s tough, but I’m still going.
