27 Days to Go

Thank you Jesus! Another successful day down… today is a day of it’s own. I must say I did not plan my eating today though, I brought food to work, but not enough for all my meals and snacks. Sucks.. I have to go grocery shopping tonight. Last night I did interval on the step-mill, a first for me! I did 20 minutes, starting at an OK level, and increased it to 6, doing 2 min./medium, then 1:30-2 min./hard. I was out of breath, but it kicked my arse. After, I did 30 min. medium intensity on the elliptical. I’m so hungry… today is the last day I will be at Bally’s, the Bally’s that got me back into fitness. I’m super sad, but, time to move on I guess. :) Today is a new day, I plan to kick my butt and legs and abs, and do 30 min. cardio since I plan on doing some heavy stuff today. I need to do lunges, angled leg press, leg ext./curls, ab/adductor machine, abs/glutes class, hyperextensions.. :D Can’t wait!!
