4 Weeks Left of B.F.L.
I am super stoked today. Today is a great day for my fitness and motivation. Since I started BFL, I’ve lost about 8/9 pounds of weight! That’s about a pound a week, totally healthy and on track. This last 4 weeks, I plan to def kick my progress into HIGH gear. I plan to cheat as LITTLE as possible. Not really have a cheat day or meal, but not make myself go crazy, keeping my daily caloric intake into consideration if say one day I have some fries or something. I also need to make sure that if this does happen, to get some cardio in that day too, and maybe do an extra 20 minutes just so I can really stay on track. This part, I will take day by day. I can def tell things are changing. I met with my trainer last night, the one who will hold me accountable to make sure I lose this last bit of weight that I’ve been carrying since I was in high school. It will be hard, but I’m ready for it. I plan to have been completely transformed come April 2009, exactly 1 YEAR after starting with my first PT. I’m super excited for what I can do in the next four weeks. I’m going to emphasize focus on my eating and cardio. I know it’s ALL important, but I will be keeping myself in check more than ever. All I can say is I have 28 days left to be the best and cleanest I’ve been thus far! I’m going to try to post here everyday, or at least every other day if I can get to a computer.
