STILL GOOD!

Well, yeah… tipped the scale at 155 on Sat. morning! WOW, I know the scale is evil.. but I had a phenomenal week eating and working out last week and was curious. Loan behold… I could notice a difference! Not just on the scale, but in my clothes, my attitude, my everything. I have a cheater day yesterday. I had some cheese fries from outback steakhouse, they were the sheeeeet. But today, back on track. I did not take the time to make my meals this weekends for this week, so today I’ve been eating easy things, like yogurt, string cheese, had 1/3 of a leftover chipotle burrito, and drinking some diet mtn dew more. I know, not the greatest! But I am def keeping the calories down below my goal (1200). Especialllyyyyyyyy today, after last night’s fries! Tonight will be a chicken salad with fat free tangy tomato dressing post-workout. I hate eating food all randomly, I like planning it out. Granted I did not eat like a whopper or anything today, but the chipotle, the soda….. I EXILE these from my daily diet, so it’s weird eating them now. Oh well…. tomorrow will be totally back on the healthy train! And also tomorrow….. will be but 4 WEEKS LEFT to te conclusion of my B.F.L. challenge! It’s still GO TIME! Day by day, wekk by week, only 4 more to go. Now is still the time to keep on beating this damn fat. :)  I will be starting up with my new trainer this week too! It willl probably be the last time I have a trainer. Once I beat the fat, I will be on my own. But it’s really important that I lose it the right way. And investing in PT is, and was, worth it to me. I’ve never regretted it once. It’s time to kick some fat!
