Well! Maybe I will take tonight to just do cardio. I’ve done 2 upper bodies so far and 1 lower, yesterday. So, needless to say… I think I should take a muscle break
I was soooo stoked to hop on the scale yesterday after a couple week scale-strike… and this was mid-day, after eating my full, 3 small meals earlier… said 1-5-6! I was like holy crap. I changed my BB.com stats too. Now, I can officially say, I am back to where I was a year and a half ago, prior to my father passing away. I’ve officially worked off all the depression-weight.
Now, it’s time to kick it into high gear some more and get skinnnny, j/k, FIT!
