Back on Track
Last week was a mediocre week. My average calories was at a basic maintain level oppose to lose weight. But this week I am back on track and really logging all my calories. I’ve also LOST my workout binder/journal/log!!!! Ugh, pisses me off so bad because I have had that binder 2 weeks before starting BFL. So over a month of training logs and stuff went missing…. I’m going to make another one though this weekend. I really liked having it. Still cracking away at the workouts. As of today I officially have 5 weeks left of BFL challenge. I have hoenstly veered a little away from being super consistent, but I’ve been persistant more than anything with using that date as a goal to just be the best that I can be. Now, 5 weeks to go. I know it’s going to fly, just like the other 7 that’ve already passed! I am going to really kick my workouts up a notch too. I’m going to be supersetting, and using the BFL method of sets. I did that yesterday for my upper bod and boy do I feel it today. I lovvvve it! Today will be abs and triceps and back. Yesteday I did ant./post/med delts, biceps, chest. Tomorrow will be legs and booty. November 25th is coming up fast!
