Day FOUR

Well I had a great work out last night. VPX is still helping me out! Had another good 45 min elliptical sesh.. then did my upper body. Anyone knwo any fun tricep isolation exercises that you don’t have to think so much? I like the rope pull down.. but what else? And also chest.. I need another one of each of those. I get them.. My new update date is SEPT. 15TH.. I’ll have STATS.. Measurements, weight, need to try to get body fat done somehow.. and of course.. pictures, I’ll do front and back this time. Hopefully not as embarrassing. :)
