Starting a NEW countdown

Well hello there.. ;) I am starting a program on my own as of yesterday. New supps, new attitude. I think I finally found the kick in the rear I had when I started training back in April with a trainer. Since the Hydroxycut pills make me yak after I started up again, I’m swtiching to Redline liquid. I have a high tolerance for caffeine type products. I took half the recommended dose of Redline yesterday and could tell a slight difference in my workout and attitude more importantly. I did sweat more, after just 6 minutes of the elliptical I was breaking a sweat. But I completed my cardio no prob, along with my upper body routine. I just felt good all ’round. Soo good to be back in there! Today I’m going to try taking the 2.5ML still before my workout, and maybe 1ML with my lunch? Would that just be a waste? I’m really supposed to take 5ML per day, prior to my workout.. Anyone have any advice in relation to this supp? I’ve read so many reviews. In my experience, I had no abnormal heart rate, or nausea, or GAS, or chills, just the sweating which I can handle. I feel I’m catering to it well, drinking enough water, had small pre-workout mix of carb/protein (wheat bread slice + slice of soy cheese) to carry me through, multivitamin.. I just really would hope this maximizes my cardio time to bust this plateau, that’s it :)
