Back..
Man, I have been struggling lately with motivation. I was sick all last week, finally got it under control this weekend, just excuses. I want to keep seeing results, but it’s so hard when you’re sick you know? And then just life situations.. I’m going to do my best to go today. I have no excuse not to go now, I need motivation though.. I’ll keep looking around on BB.com. I used to be super on fire to work out, I gotta build myself up again, I WILL build myself up again. I will need to keep up on writing this. I’m going to reeval my goals too.

That’s the best thing to do, write down your goals and plan how to achieve them.

It can be really good to make a more immediate, closer goal. You can’t climb a ladder with only one rung, you know?
If you have the attitude, the rest will fall into line. So instead of thinking ‘I have no excuse not to go’, think ‘I have many reasons to go’. Get fired up! You’re changing your body a little bit each time you go. How awesome is that?
