Well I had a great work out last night. VPX is still helping me out! Had another good 45 min elliptical sesh.. then did my upper body. Anyone knwo any fun tricep isolation exercises that you don’t have to think so much? I like the rope pull down.. but what else? And also chest.. I need another one of each of those. I get them.. My new update date is SEPT. 15TH.. I’ll have STATS.. Measurements, weight, need to try to get body fat done somehow.. and of course.. pictures, I’ll do front and back this time. Hopefully not as embarrassing.

Well today is the third day of my VPX using supplements. I have energy, no side effects side that a lot of people mention (gas, etc.). I just ordered the VPX ThinFat too for the CLA in it. I really don’t like the huge CLA pills, bought some, but have not touched them. So I’m going to use liquid and hope for the best. I hope that using both of these, plus L-Carnitine and my multivitamin I’ll best at least BETTER off as far as losing weight versus not having any supplemental assistance at all.
I also am almost done creating my journal. I made a binder, used the BB.com print outs for supplements and work out seshs, got dividers. I’m also using mydailyplate.com for the food portion of tracking what I put in my face. I’m going to track all this stuff day by day. Before I go to bed I’m going to log what I did/ate, drank whatever for that day.. and just focus on going DAY BY DAY. I always forget about the small steps to the big future results. But so far it’s nice.
Yesterday I got back on the smith machine that I hadn’t used since I was PTing with my trainer. I loved it! So easy, it’s compound, and you can really feel it! I did the squats and the 1 legged ones too. Well I’m going to go back to work now… lunch is over
P.S. I also have discovered eating eggs for dinner ~ I kind of look forward to it. A whole egg, 3 whites, and a slice of soy cheese, with some ketchup… the best!

Well hello there.. I am starting a program on my own as of yesterday. New supps, new attitude. I think I finally found the kick in the rear I had when I started training back in April with a trainer. Since the Hydroxycut pills make me yak after I started up again, I’m swtiching to Redline liquid. I have a high tolerance for caffeine type products. I took half the recommended dose of Redline yesterday and could tell a slight difference in my workout and attitude more importantly. I did sweat more, after just 6 minutes of the elliptical I was breaking a sweat. But I completed my cardio no prob, along with my upper body routine. I just felt good all ’round. Soo good to be back in there! Today I’m going to try taking the 2.5ML still before my workout, and maybe 1ML with my lunch? Would that just be a waste? I’m really supposed to take 5ML per day, prior to my workout.. Anyone have any advice in relation to this supp? I’ve read so many reviews. In my experience, I had no abnormal heart rate, or nausea, or GAS, or chills, just the sweating which I can handle. I feel I’m catering to it well, drinking enough water, had small pre-workout mix of carb/protein (wheat bread slice + slice of soy cheese) to carry me through, multivitamin.. I just really would hope this maximizes my cardio time to bust this plateau, that’s it

Hey ~ well I feel great today because yesterday I went to the gym. My emotions have jus been crazy lately. I’m getting ready to go back now. I have half of my supps in too. So it’s coming along. I’m going to make a motivation journal/collage type of thing to take with my everywhere of how I WAS and pics of me in the low 150’s, the short term goal. I’m going to keep on reading for a bit to get some solid motivation then I’m off!

Hey.. thanks so much for the comments.. wow. I really need to make smaller goals and "climb the ladder". I’ve set a goal to be 156 by Sept. 15th. That’s looking at about 2 pounds per week? I just need to keep on this! In one month from when I stopped PT, to Aug 11th, I haven’t gained one single pound, but retained being 164… which is great! Cause I’ve been eating good, but less on the work out side. I’m going to keep going with the working out though!!! I went Monday, did hour of upper body and 20 mincardio (should have done more but was super drained), then yesterday did 45 min of lower body + 10 min warm up cardio and 30 min real cardio. Today I’m going to do a abs and glutes class that my fav PT is doing. I’m going to commit to going to that every wed. @ 5pm too. I like the commitments because I really hate to let people down, cancel, that type of stuff, especially for the gym. Well this is enough blabbing, just wanted to write thank you! I will post a new weight this coming Monday, and so on!!

Man, I have been struggling lately with motivation. I was sick all last week, finally got it under control this weekend, just excuses. I want to keep seeing results, but it’s so hard when you’re sick you know? And then just life situations.. I’m going to do my best to go today. I have no excuse not to go now, I need motivation though.. I’ll keep looking around on BB.com. I used to be super on fire to work out, I gotta build myself up again, I WILL build myself up again. I will need to keep up on writing this. I’m going to reeval my goals too.
