2 Weeksss….

After training, I have been weirdly eating great! Planning everything, watching my portions. But gym has been lacking. Last week honestly, I’m ashamed to say, went 3 times, did really well those times! But works been kicking my @$$ and I’m just beat. And this week is even worse! Today I’m going to go, the 4th time, and tomorrow morning, too. I went Tuesday morning! Man I love working out in the morning! I love leaving the gym all sweaty so early in the morning, ready to start my day. Man.. ok. I need some motivation to now put the good eating and hard training together! I think I have a good plan to trian on my own, I just don’t think I can afford anymore PT right now.

Upper body 2x a week - arms, shoulders, upper/middle back, chest

lower also 2x a week - legs, butt, lower back

 

abs everyday? I miss my motivation!!

SO thank ya Jesus.. finally saw some results on my upper body. :) Super stoked, now just going to keep up with the supplements, be more strict on my diet, and keep up the cardio and muscle training. I’m going to get more sessions for July, to finish it out, but after, depending on finances I’ll get more. I may try on my own though? Venture out… we’ll see!! But super stoked, I’ll try for pics tonight… or asap this week for sure!

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY

Hey… yes yes, tomorrow is my last day of personal training until I can afford more. This past weekend was very emotional for me, so I ended up having a drink fest on Sat. night. But since then and other than that I did great and have been doing pretty well. Made my food for the week, all lnuches and baked some chicken for dinner. I’m still doing the Hydroxycut to a T, except when I was sick last weekend. So still doing now 2 pills 3x a day. I think on Thursday I can bump it up to 3×3.

 But TOMORROW, I have my weigh in and measurements. I’m sad I have to stop training with help, but I will keep on going, following as best as I can.I ‘m a bit nervous, but hopefully I’ll get some motivation tomorrow and keep plowing away. So tomorrow night I’ll post a new pic! and new information!! You tell me if you notice anything?
