Yo
So far this week I’ve had mad motivation and energy. Made it to th gym Sun, Mon, Tue (morn/night), and today morn/night. I’m going to try to work out in the morning as often as I can, thinking 2 days a week for sure, possibly three. I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow night for my push day and good cardio. Then on Friday I’m going to go in the morning hopefully (I say hopefully cause my sister is about to pop out a baby
!!) so pending that huge thing, I’ll be going, and then again after work. I technically need to lose 3 lbs per week to meet my goal. I don’t know if it’ll happen, I know 2 lbs per week is good, but 3 may be pushing it. I’m going to hella keep on trying though!!! More mornings, more effort, more sessions, more fat off this body!
