Thermogenic

Hey! Yesterday I started using Hydroxycut and L-Carnitine! Super duper excited! I think having a pill schedule to stick buy will help me, as long as I stick by the schedule ;) . But I have faith in myself that I will make this work. My schedule is below:

(7am - Start work) 

7:30am - lean protein + complex carb + Hydroxycut

9:30am - snack (fruit + sm. dairy/protein)

12pm - 4 oz. lean chicken of turkey (the only meat I eat) + 1 cup low glycemic veggie + 35g or less of complex card + Hydroxycut

3pm - Snack (fruit/veggie + sm. protein serving) + Hydroxycut

3:30pm - 3,000mg L-Carnitine, liquid

(4pm - leave work)

4:30pm - Gym time!

7pm - lean protein + veggie

 Any comment or suggestions?! What’s your guys’ take on Hydroxycut and L-Carnie?

Today.. had no motivation to go to the gym this morning. I think I did too much of nothing this weekend. I DID work out on Sat. and Sun. but after that.. nothing. Just chilled, watched the Lakers kick some butt, it WAS close though, too close. Anyways, today I’ll have another reeval. so I’ll have new measurements up tonight. MAYBE I’ll put my first fat pics up? Maybe take new ones? We’ll see. I also found out that I really like spinach. So spinach salads, spinach on whatever I can.. and "veggie" cheese is good too! My sister had a baby last week.. so after being on baby watch for a couple days it kind of screwed me up. But I’m going to get back today!!

Monday Postage

Hello.. man I need a good kick in the butt this week. Last night, I ran over a fat piece of road kill, maybe it was a coyote or something, cause that sucker took off my back bumper on my xB. AND my front bumper has some blood on it. :( Help… need motivation! Plus dealing with guy issue, man oh man. I really need to work it all out this week. Never really get all mentally set back, but I want to nip this in the butt now and get positive and confident. I def have my ups and downs, this obviously is a down.

 

Oh yeah, I posted a nasty before pic from Jan. I’ll try to get my other ones ups tonight. Those are about over a month ago, maybe I’ll take some newer updated ones?

So far this week I’ve had mad motivation and energy. Made it to th gym Sun, Mon, Tue (morn/night), and today morn/night. I’m going to try to work out in the morning as often as I can, thinking 2 days a week for sure, possibly three. I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow night for my push day and good cardio. Then on Friday I’m going to go in the morning hopefully (I say hopefully cause my sister is about to pop out a baby :D !!) so pending that huge thing, I’ll be going, and then again after work. I technically need to lose 3 lbs per week to meet my goal. I don’t know if it’ll happen, I know 2 lbs per week is good, but 3 may be pushing it. I’m going to hella keep on trying though!!! More mornings, more effort, more sessions, more fat off this body!
