YaY! Day 30 of Lifestyle change!
Yesterday I weighed in at 170 and lost 1% yucky body fat! Damn.. so far officially lost 6 pounds! I also took my before pics last night! Man they are scary.. but at least I have them to look at. I think I’ll post them soon, not sure though, cause they are embarrassing. So far so good though thanks to my awesome trainer for kicking my butt, and yesterdays was a GREAT owrk out, kicked my booty, but I LOVED IT. Pound by pound, inch by inch getting closer. I had always pictured myself as a chunky person, everyday, that’s just what I had envisioned.. so I’ll be shocked as anyone else to maybe not be considered the overweight one, for ONCE. Been eating clean and nutritious, sersiously screw alcohol and cheat meals, only makes you work harder.
