Wednesday
OK, I had a hell of a weekend (not in a good way). Great work out on Sat., Sunday nothing.. Monday I trained and did 30 minutes of good cardio. Basically had my 1st month check in, I think could have been better. I’m going to shape up how I eat first and foremost. Tuesday can’t do anything due to school, but today it’s ON again! I’m really excited to work out, almost the only thing I get excited to do anymore.. school is done in 3 weeks, then I can REALLY commit to a consistent schedule and increase my sweat and booty kicking!!
