FRIDAY
Well Friday was a big cardio day! Burned 700 cals intervaling speeds and alternating forwards and backwards. Took me 60 min.. but I felt great after! Tomorrow (today) I will be doing 5 min of warm up, a kickboxing class with my best girlfriend, then showing her a few things around the gym that my lovely trainer has shown me..! I intend on tomorrow being a GREAT work out day!
