TGIF
Yesterday I had my cheat meal of the week. It was a hamburger and onion rings from Carls Jr.. It was good, but dang do I feel ugly today. Last night I went to do my cardio though! Did an hour: 30 min. incline 5-10% for 30 min at 3.0 AND 30 min. of elliptical with HB at about 155. I need to map out a more detailed schedule of what to do everyday. That’s my goal for this weekend and to finally take pics and to eat really really clean! Today after work I’ll be going to the gym for cardio for 1 hour and abs/lower body. Tomorrow will be cardio for an hour, followed by absĀ and upper body.

I’m from the east, so I had never seen any actual Carl’s Jr food until I took a trip to LA. Their burgers were the size of a plate! And they had like 5 different kinds of them. Unbelievable, they should market them as enough food for a day! :p
