Ahoy~!!

Man, I have had a rough couple of days.. but now I am back on track. School is done, got the AA, now to the BS. But summer I’m taking off.. and starting Monday will be committing myself EVEN MORE to changing my lifestyle. I can not wait, I look forward to going to the gym. I still have about a month an a half of training sessions, I may buy more until I feel I can control myself. But that’s then, and as for now, the present. It’s day 45, officially a month an a half. :D I have seen some fat melt off, but not is the time to kick this sheeet up. Sunday… it’s go time.

Day THIRTY SEVEN

Well I have been wicked busy with school, but still working my booty off! Weighed in at the end of my day on Wed @ 168 lbs.. :) So maybe better than that even??? But let’s not get crazy. Well, only crazy at the gym!!! I’m almost done with school then I can really focus on my training. I am now, but even more! And I can go every day after work before I go home. I’m sure I’ll stop counting days of training eventually. Man.. I want to work out now. And I need to update my iPod with more songs.

YaY! Day 30 of Lifestyle change!

Yesterday I weighed in at 170 and lost 1% yucky body fat! Damn.. so far officially lost 6 pounds! I also took my before pics last night! Man they are scary.. but at least I have them to look at. I think I’ll post them soon, not sure though, cause they are embarrassing. So far so good though thanks to my awesome trainer for kicking my butt, and yesterdays was a GREAT owrk out, kicked my booty, but I LOVED IT. Pound by pound, inch by inch getting closer. I had always pictured myself as a chunky person, everyday, that’s just what I had envisioned.. so I’ll be shocked as anyone else to maybe not be considered the overweight one, for ONCE. Been eating clean and nutritious, sersiously screw alcohol and cheat meals, only makes you work harder.

Wednesday

OK, I had a hell of a weekend (not in a good way). Great work out on Sat., Sunday nothing.. Monday I trained and did 30 minutes of good cardio. Basically had my 1st month check in, I think could have been better. I’m going to shape up how I eat first and foremost. Tuesday can’t do anything due to school, but today it’s ON again! I’m really excited to work out, almost the only thing I get excited to do anymore.. school is done in 3 weeks, then I can REALLY commit to a consistent schedule and increase my sweat and booty kicking!!

FRIDAY

Saturday, May 3rd, 2008

Well Friday was a big cardio day! Burned 700 cals intervaling speeds and alternating forwards and backwards. Took me 60 min.. but I felt great after! Tomorrow (today) I will be doing 5 min of warm up, a kickboxing class with my best girlfriend, then showing her a few things around the gym that my lovely trainer has shown me..! I intend on tomorrow being a GREAT work out day!

TGIF

Yesterday I had my cheat meal of the week. It was a hamburger and onion rings from Carls Jr.. It was good, but dang do I feel ugly today. Last night I went to do my cardio though! Did an hour: 30 min. incline 5-10% for 30 min at 3.0 AND 30 min. of elliptical with HB at about 155. I need to map out a more detailed schedule of what to do everyday. That’s my goal for this weekend and to finally take pics and to eat really really clean! Today after work I’ll be going to the gym for cardio for 1 hour and abs/lower body. Tomorrow will be cardio for an hour, followed by abs and upper body.
