Monday Monday

I did pretty damn good this weekend, ate really clean, accept had the 2nd of my 2 cheat mealsĀ  (from last week) last night, and it was a chile relleno from a taco shop. This is my ultimate favorite mexican food. Otherwise, ater super clean… had a great cardio on Sat. w/ some wieght traiing for 45 min, then yesterday some fun cardio rollerblading from Huntington to Newport Beach and back. Today I will be doing my 45/1 hr of cardio and 1 hour with the trainer. I’ll have new measurements this week… it’s been about 3 weeks. I need to put my starting ones on here and take some before pics tonight.. So we shall see how they come out!!

    how long did it take you to go from Huntington beach to Newport and back?

    It took 35 min to get to NB, and then about 40 minutes back. It’s uphill going back and usually there’s wind, but hey it’s good resistance I guess. I’m doing this every Sunday before noon. It’s about 9.8 miles roundtrip too.
