6 Sessions Down
Hey.. well I am 6 sessions down, I’m learning a hell of a lot new stuff. At times I’m getting discouraged because I’m working out so much, so much effort and movtivation, yet not seeing results. I’m about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in. When will I start seeing the damn results!?! I know I’m so impatient, but I’m going to keep on going. 5-6x a week of good cardio with my heartrate at least 155-160. Doing 2 good 1 hour full body work outs 2x a week… what else should I do during the week on my own? Any suggestions? I’m doing a couple of the exercises the trainer and I do, but I REALLY want to get something down.
