Well Tuesdays are my rest days.. I work 7-4pm and then have school from 5-10pm, I suppose there is time for the gym, but hell I’m not superwoman, so I consider it my rest day between 2 hard work outs. I always meet with the trainer on Monday and Wednesday for the intense full body work out, followed by 45 minutes of solid, super sweaty cardio. I figured out why myhamstrings hurt so bad too, it was those damn lunges on a smith machine… but they were awesome! I’m going to do some cardio on lunch today do release all that acid. Today I will be training from 4:30pm-5:30pm, then cardio from 5:30pm until about 6:15 when I have to run off to school. Still no pics… I need to do it TONIGHT, before it’s too late to show a difference of all my hard work. I mainly want it for motivation on a daily basis to try to keep on track, you can’t see yourself all the time when you walk around, the truth about ones body shows up in pictures.. so shoot, I hope it really will help! Today is another day!
Anyone have any tips for helping me out? I’m looking to lose this fat!

Hey.. WOW does my booty hurt today. As I said before I meet with a trainer 2x a week. YESTERDAY was all about super setting the lower body 3/4 of the time and upper body 1/4 of the time with her. Did my 45 minutes of cardio 153-160 BPM, PLUS jog/power walk on my lunch 1 mile. I feel pretty good about my eating, was def a clean, low cal, low fat day, could have drank more water though.. Anyone else super set? Ladies? I’m SO wanting to lose this dang weight, did not get a chance to take pics last night, so tonight I will. Today is my 21st day training and 21st day into my lifestyle change! ALSO this Thursday will be 4 weeks NO ALCOHOL, amazing for me… but I feel great!!!

I did pretty damn good this weekend, ate really clean, accept had the 2nd of my 2 cheat meals (from last week) last night, and it was a chile relleno from a taco shop. This is my ultimate favorite mexican food. Otherwise, ater super clean… had a great cardio on Sat. w/ some wieght traiing for 45 min, then yesterday some fun cardio rollerblading from Huntington to Newport Beach and back. Today I will be doing my 45/1 hr of cardio and 1 hour with the trainer. I’ll have new measurements this week… it’s been about 3 weeks. I need to put my starting ones on here and take some before pics tonight.. So we shall see how they come out!!

Hey.. well I am 6 sessions down, I’m learning a hell of a lot new stuff. At times I’m getting discouraged because I’m working out so much, so much effort and movtivation, yet not seeing results. I’m about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in. When will I start seeing the damn results!?! I know I’m so impatient, but I’m going to keep on going. 5-6x a week of good cardio with my heartrate at least 155-160. Doing 2 good 1 hour full body work outs 2x a week… what else should I do during the week on my own? Any suggestions? I’m doing a couple of the exercises the trainer and I do, but I REALLY want to get something down.

Well it’s my third day.. feeling pretty good. Wed. was my first day, did the full body with the trainer, followed by 45 min of cardio. Yesterday I was on my own, did 45 min of cardio, followed by lat pull (4 x 20) 20 seconds rest, and seated leg press (4 x 20) 45 seconds rest. I will go today after work and do cardio, followed crunches on the ball (4 x 20), bridges with bosu (4 x 20).. both with 30 sec rest, captains chair (4 x 15) and bicycle crunch (4 x 30).
