I’ve never written a blog before but I am so excited and wanted to share
So…. I am a Wife, Mother of 3, and I work, so my time to workout is VERY limited, LOL. I’ve been doing my weight training in the mornings. I wake up at 4:30am, eat breakfast, and I’m at the gym by 5am. I only do weight training in the morning because I get my cardio in during my kids afternoon naptime. My 7 month old has decided that he only wants to nap for 20 minutes now, so I have to make the most of my time on the elliptical. I have been just trying to go as fast as I can in 20 mins… but I really don’t "feel" it. So… I started reading about HIIT. OOOOMMMGGG!!! My quads and glutes want to kill me right now, LMAO! … Wow, I never realized how much of a difference it would make, Oh, it does! I did 20mins that includes a 5 min warmup. ( Oh, and just before I got on the elliptical, I did 60 lunges… EACH SIDE!!! ) YAY!! I’m feeling the burn! Ok, gotta go…. the baby’s calling! …. stay tuned
