Hi everyone, this is the first time in joining a site like this. Reading other people’s blog’s I thought I’d better write one.
I’ve always had an interest going to the gym and been active, I have been going to the gym since I was 19, I did lose a lot of weight when I was 16, going from a size 40" waist to a 32", and that was a great goal for myself. This past year the gym trips have been on and off with work, but this year I’m and making it my gaol to get my fitness back again, as I have put a little weight back on going up to a 35" waist.
Reading through this site I thought I’ll give it a go and join and be with other people who have the same interest in fitness and similar goals whatever it maybe, whether it’s to lose weight, or gain muscle.
I aim to get back to my 32" waist and to bulk up and get my shape back. I am wanting to put my goals in the progress area of this site which i think is a great idea to show how well someone is doing…..I have yet to take a photo yet……a bit shy!!!!
Well I shall leave this now and hope to speak and make freinds with a lot of you…..Cheers Kryss
