Well I have been back training now for around 2 weeks. Slowing getting back into things and it feels great. I am currently cutting down and then get back into weight training. It feels so good to be back, and it’s a great feeling when you’ve done your first 30mins on the treadmill
and you have some more to do. You don’t realise how much you miss it and how good it makes you feel….so onwards and upwards!!!
