Training Week 7
May 15, 2009Ok, so this week has been again very rough for me. I think that once a month being a woman is put into an ENTIRE NEW PERSPECTIVE for me LOL! I am hoping that the Omega-3’s and Sam-e I just started taking are going to help me with the cravings and slight depression that I go through with this each and every month. It seems that the more bodyfat I lose the worse my cycles are becoming I do not understand it. Oh well, I am just keeping my faith and my will power strong and I know that this too shall pass. However it sucks for a week with my diet I am learning I can not beat myself up over this, that something will finally come into play that works for me!
Training Week 3
April 18, 2009Ok, so this week kind of rough on me due to some hormonal issues I have been going through! Nothing major just some meds I had to take to regulate my cycles and they put about 10lbs of fluid on me and made me want to eat everything under the sun which I did NOT! However, I did give in a few times to Ben & Jerry’s and that made me so sick I just about hurled ( learning I can no longer eat these poor quality foods once I have eaten clean for a certain period of time) I also gave in to some bacon wrapped chicken breasts about 3 of them and then proceeded to have some sugar free fat free pudding with sugar free whipped cream. SO…. I am truly PRAYING that when I take my progress pics today that there will seriously be some sort of changes in the positive direction and that my hormonal issues and cheats haven’t de-railed me too terribly bad! Ok, glad I got that off my chest. On to a more motivating and positive week withOUT the cheats!
