FAT ONLY NO CARBS
Yes it works! I’ve been going back and forth with diets and with the training. I started i gave up, i started again and gave up and its been going on like that for ever. A couple of months ago i decided to try again but i tried something different. I stopped eating everything with alot of carbs like potato, pasta, beans, rice and so on. And i eat every second hour but i eat a little, i eat two big meals per day and six "snack meals" that are usually vegetables or almonds. And yes i do cheat with the food sometimes im trying not to but when i have those days were i feel like im seriously going to die if i dont eat something really unhealthy i do cheat, but i make sure to work out extra hard after i ate it. Im trying to work out everyday if i dont make it to the gym i usually go out and powewalk for 30-40 min. I’ve been working out for two months now back and forth. But last week i lost 2 kg with only eating fat and no carbs. I will keep eating like that and hopefully reach my goal.

Congrats. Different things work for different people. I think different thinhgs work for different people. My diet is strictly protein, veggies and the only carbs or sugar i get come from fruit. I’m 8 weeks out from trying to reach my goal of hitting the beach shirtless, so i am going with NO sugar or grains, even brown grains during this eight week span to see how it works. I feel my abs tightening and shaping up, but of course stubborn fat is hiding them. By doing this my body is forced to burn the remaining fat i have for energy. It may help me get under 10% bodyfat also
