Lost in the park

My morning started out pretty good. I woke up at 9 and decided to go out and powerwalk.
I have this park close to where i live i usually dont walk there but today i decided to walk there. Its a huge park, after powerwalking for 40 min i decided to walk back home but i couldnt find my way out. Anyways after another 15 min i realized that i’ve been walking in circles, i couldnt find any way out but i did after another 30 min. I took a powerwalk for 1 hour and 30 min, it was nice but i was freezing my ass off. I think it was meant for me to get lost in that park after eating a bunch of cookies yesterday lol, it was worth it though!

lazy lazy lazy, ive been so lazy today its insane ive been sleeping all day ive been eating right though but im too lazy to go out and powerwalk the weather has been really nice all day but im still really lazy, i think i might need some energy pills!

Yes it works! I’ve been going back and forth with diets and with the training. I started i gave up, i started again and gave up and its been going on like that for ever. A couple of months ago i decided to try again but i tried something different. I stopped eating everything with alot of carbs like potato, pasta, beans, rice and so on. And i eat every second hour but i eat a little, i eat two big meals per day and six "snack meals" that are usually vegetables or almonds. And yes i do cheat with the food sometimes im trying not to but when i have those days were i feel like im seriously going to die if i dont eat something really unhealthy i do cheat, but i make sure to work out extra hard after i ate it. Im trying to work out everyday if i dont make it to the gym i usually go out and powewalk for 30-40 min. I’ve been working out for two months now back and forth. But last week i lost 2 kg with only eating fat and no carbs. I will keep eating like that and hopefully reach my goal.

I havent been online for a while now, but today i finally took new pictures. I havent reached my goals yet but im still on my way. I need to keep workin on the belly and my arms. I don’t know my weight im not so obsessed by knowing that as long as i look good when i stand infront of the mirror im satisfied. I love working out and i’ll keep doing it. Ok now the food part im doing better then before but i still cheat once or twice, so i cant say im doing everything perfectly. I’ll keep updating!

Ok now i been working out for one month, i skipped one week cuz i suck!… But i can say that i LOVE IT already i feel so good and i have more energy then i used to have.

Ok eating healthy sucks ass, it’s cool most of the times but some days i just feel like dying, but im strong so i stay away from all the unhealthy food.

 

so far i havent been taking any protein drinks and all those other stuff, but i have a question is it good if women take L glutamin and dose it really help?, cuz i dont like streching at all i do it but not for so long as im suppose to do it.

Okey now i’ve been working out for almost three weeks, the first week i worked out four days, the second five, and this one is gonna be five days too, i already love it and feel motivated im eating right of course i’ve cheated, one day i ate chocolate but everybody knows that chocolate is a womans best friend lol, maybe not, but the day after i worked out for two hours and 15 minutes, i’ve already lost 1,5 kilo and i feel good and im proud over myself, i’ll defenetly keep working out. I’ll take new pictures in a few week.

Ok now where is all the chubby girls on here? i feel lonley maybe i havent found them yet, but there have to be more then like 5?!
all i see is women with alot of muscles alright i think that’s cool, but to be honest i think they were thin all from the begining, i’ve seen women that was thick some of them even fat that lost so much weight and transformed their body in only one year time and i am amased, if they can do it i can do it too and those women were even bigger than me, they really motivate me. I’ll keep updating. =)
