Ran 10 min of HIIT

Walked on incline of 6.0 for 20 min

Wide angle out leg squats holding 40lbs dumbell in center 7 sets of 15

ten more Hiit

Ten min stair stepper level 11 (5 forward, % backwards)

12 min on bike.

glutes kickbacks

10 min on staairstepper (same as above)

Hardcore leg day!

So today I wanted to utilize my two hours limit at the gym. I have a limit because the daycare at my gym will only watch kids for a two hour max. I started with legs….

Smith machine squats.    A 45lb on each side.(how much does the bar weight.?) Anyways I do circuits so I did those 4 times for 5 reps, (keep in mind the circuit)

 

Leg press with 160lbs, Not sure if I add any weight for the platform. I did 4 sets of 10

Leg extension 70lbs, I did 4 sets of 20 (again keep in mind the circuit)

Body squats. I use a 45lb bar and add 10 lbs to each side 4 sets of 30

High and close foot placement leg press (to work hammies) 3 sets of 10 at 160lbs

Lying leg curls 85lbs 3 sets of 10

Dumbells deadlifts holding 50lbs 3 sets of 10 ( still circuiting)

Seated calf raises 70lbs 3 sets of 10

standing bodyweight calf raises 3 Sets of individual leg and 3 sets of both legs

3 sets of 15 incline crunches

3 sets of 20 lying leg extensions

3 sets of 30lb weighted cables oblique crunches

3 sets of hanging leg raises (straight leg) 1to the front one to each side = one rep

3 sets of hyprextensions holding a 25lb weight

3 setsof abs pull down with 57lb on cable. ( the ones where you get down o9n your knees and pull down to your knees.

Then off to cardio. Ten Hiit min on bike then 5 on stairstepper.

then my kids went running thru the gym with the daycare lady chasing them, so I figured I better go!

Feel great tho!

my kids are out of school!!!!!!

So, I have 3 kids 2 of which are in schoo. Today was the first day home. I thought I would be able to sleep in a bit, since I dont need to get them ready for school.  WRONG!! All 3 were up at the but crack of dawn, even earlier than when they were going to school. I guess this means I go to the gym earlier now! right? Gonna use this as more motivation to get to the gym and wok out hard. It’s gonna be a lonnnnngggggggg day!

So today I went and did a bicept, trivep workout, then abs, then cardio. I was at the gym for 2 hours, and there was no messing around! I left feeling so empowered. I havent been eating very clean latley, but I felt so great a ate very clean for lunch! Dont want to mess up my workout! Right now my motivation is high! I hope it lasts!

So I met this girl at the gym today. Amazing body. Goes by planettamar, check her out. She suggested I try and compete in at least bikini. I have thought about trying to do a show before, actually researching it is how I came across this website. I have always doubted myself. Could you all vets to shows out there look at my progress pics and give me your opinion. I dont want to look like a fool and be looking completly rediculous next to the other girls!

Fell off the wagon this weekend! :(

Yeah, I totally ate like crap all weekend. And let me tell ya my belly hates me for it. I definatly don’t feel good at the moment. I just hope I dont permantly gain the 3 pounds Im up. Hopefully I can wake up and the scale not have stayed at 128. I was really excited to see 125! My job screwed everything up for me this weekend. I forgot to take my meals with me and we were incredibly busy, so I couldnt eat every three hours much less one time in my 11 hour shift.! Im a bartender. But Im going to jump back into the swing of things in the am. I did however hit the gym all weekend!

So I have been using stevep78’s plan and meal plan for one week now. I FEEL GREAT! I am so motivated to keep going and see even more changes. Honestly the man is brilliant. I dont want to skip even one day at the gym, I see results everyday! Even people at my gym, (like the girls getting ready to compete) say I look great, and that they admire my workout dedication! I’m so excited to see even more changes to come. And I have never been able to stick toa meal plan. The one steve gave me is awesome. I dont want or need to cheat, not even when I had my 28th B-day tuesday. There’s no stopping me now. Im on my way to hottness!!!!!!

Will I always feel large?!?!?!?

So I have been drinking about a gallon of water for the second day. I feel so big, not to mention I cant get to the restroom quick enough. lol. Will my body get used to the water or should I expect this everyday. I like feeling tiny!

So today was my first workout using a plan by stevep78. I was suprised on how quick it was to complete, Definatly tested my muscles. By the end of the last set i could barley do dumbell rows with 5lbs! Wow. Felt good at the end. Cant wait til tomorrow. Im more motivated noe than ever!

Aaah I keep gaining! help me!

So for some reason I keep gaining weight. In the past week I have amped up my cardio and I stopped drinking soda and have been eating pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good. My scale keeps fluttering up. Yes I am someone who weighs myself several times a day. (I cant help it). I was taking the aci berry colon clense combo, but I kept gaining so I stopped. I went from 128 to topping at 134, then I stopped. The number on the scale going up really affects my self esteem! I went down to 130 but now I wake up today at 131 again. I’m going to throw my scale out the window! I am so self concious now I wear a jacket a work the entire time so I dont have to worry about sucking in, altho I keep getting in trouble as a jacket is not part of my uniform.(I bartend). What should I do. I worked super hard last August to get down to 117, but it wasnt the healthy way. I know that way worked for me but I was trying to do it right! It isnt working….. :(
