Getting to work

So today i start a new. Today is the day i had planned to start going hard for the next few weeks. So its time to buckle down n get to work.

So just got back from the gym i did pretty well after being sick for almost 2 weeks. Truthfully i felt really really soft. EVen though men supposedly like that its a huge turn off for me and what i want for my body. I did 30mins of Cardio arms and back. I let this be a free day and not be overly organized. but tomorrow i will be and write down everything.

Down Day

I actually didn’t go to the gym today for a change. I felt sick pretty much all day I woke up in the afternoon then made some poached salmon and wheat pasta and a side salad then went to Vitamin Shoppe to get some Casein, Multi, Jerky protein, Chia bars, Glutamine powder and a few other things.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a more normal day and i wont feel like I’m gonna faint all the time. I’m going to bed around 11:30 to get up for the gym at 5-6ish. http://blog.bodybuilding.com/wp-content/blogs/444782/uploads//mail-3.thumbnail.jpg
