					<description>Congrats on taking a positive step forward for your health and fitness.  At times we need to refocus on OURSELVES, not at the expense of others, but with the intent to put a bit more time and effort into our nutrition and training programs and give more focus and energy toward those efforts.

Day by day.  We may not see the results with each passing day, but we will with each passing month.  No excuses.  My friends like to party and I like to get out, but partying or weekends should never be an excuse to miss a meal or have more drinks and negate your hard work throughout the weeks.  GIT ER DUN!</description>
