Why Not?!

Soo…i figured i might as well use this blog! so its been about 4ish weeks since ive gone to the gym…i was doing SO WELL….starting to see results…then BAM!!!….some personal stuff (id rather not mention) but big enough issues to totally demotivate me from going to the gym…i started eating like crap…and it pretty much all went down the toilet. So i got my ducks back in a row…and THEN i got into a car accident….horray!! so ive been off again for another 2 weeks….i just started back this past wed…so we’ll see what happens….i just find i have a huge list with so much other stuff going on…the gym just ends up being last on that list! im really frustrated about the 10k i would be doing tomorrow…but im totally not ready…..so i guess there will always be another one right? :s i just feel totally gross after eating garbage and not working out, im sick of it! its just sooooooooooooooo much easier to not go, and eat anything and everything!! *sigh*
So as of today, i am going to get back on the gym train and get back on my diet and get some results! choo chooo!!

    Congrats on taking a positive step forward for your health and fitness. At times we need to refocus on OURSELVES, not at the expense of others, but with the intent to put a bit more time and effort into our nutrition and training programs and give more focus and energy toward those efforts.

    Day by day. We may not see the results with each passing day, but we will with each passing month. No excuses. My friends like to party and I like to get out, but partying or weekends should never be an excuse to miss a meal or have more drinks and negate your hard work throughout the weeks. GIT ER DUN!
