After a week off, it’s time to get back to work. Phase 3 (lighter weights, more reps) will start on Monday and run until June 1. The idea is to cut some fat while toning. You can view my progress here.

The second Phase (of 3) ends after this week. Phase 3 will start after the holidays and will run until May. This phase will include more cardio, and more cardio exercises (basically adding more reps, lighter weight.) With the holidays and everything else that goes with it out of the way, I plan to stay strict to this phase. Please check out my progress here, and any comments, suggestions, tips are welcome.
