Day 1 of bulking
September 22, 2009Yesterday was really tough for me. I am sooo not used to eating lots let alone TONS!! My targets are :
Fat: 78g/day
Protein: 150g/day
Carbs: 375g/day
Cals: 2800/day
I am still full from yesterday and its 1pm the next day, HAHA!
Just found I need to bulk for quite some time, OMLORD!
