Question on Over-Training

Hey everyone I had a question on overtraining…

It’s simply: How do you know that you are potentially, if not, overtraining??? How can you tell?

 

Cus I don’t know if my body’s just tired or lazy, but I’m questioning overtraining as well as taking too much N.O… I duno lol Please Help!! Thank you!!

    Ah… overtraining… the most misunderstood concept in most BB forums. There is a pretty good read on the subject right here:

    People are still not understanding that over training is not muscle tissue related, muscle tissue is never fully recuperated when you train it. It means Central Nervous System fatigue.
