Update on my life~

Havent updated in a bit, but now I have lots to update u on! My pulled muscle, my worst (best) cheat day, and my 1 week break.
So last week I pulled my chest/armpit muscle benching a bit too fast… It hurt like a b***h! OWww! It sucks cus it was in the beginning too and that definitely took a toll on my motivation for the rest of the workout… I thought it wasnt too bad, but it affected my back workouts too while i was doing pulldowns… And it still kinda hurts.. SUCKS!! How do u take care of it so it’ll get better faster??? Any tips??
I also had my worst cheat day ever LOL. I kinda planned it because I wanted to feel so fat and disgusted that I would never cheat like that again.. SO! First came the vietnamese phO noodles, grande size. I felt so fat after that. THEN came the grande white mocha frap with whip from starbucks with a double chocolatey chocolate cupcake… I felt like a fat kid… and of course the finale…. 3 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS WITH EXTRA BBQ SAUCES (Mc’d’s) + 3 CHEESY DOUBLE BEEFY BURRITOS (taco bell) = DIET HELL….. I couldnt believe I ate that….. I felt so sick after that I couldnt eat anything for the rest of the night…. And the funny thing is, my gf was in it too! LOL! But yeah.. There you go, cheat day from hell…
But anyways on to the next topic. I hate to say it, but I am taking a one week break from my routine. As I was using heavier and heavier weights like I was supposed to, my body started getting really really exhausted and not in a good way either… I realized it started to drain my whole energy throughout the days, I felt pretty overtrained and my body didn’t seem to recover properly in some odd way.. I was going to man it thru until I finish the end of phase 2 in a couple weeks or so, but I knew it would be a negative effect instead of a postitive one.. I have never taken a break between workout routines, so I’m guessing the need for it finally caught up to me. I will be doing cardio and sticking to diet, just off the weights for a week. Hopefully I’ll get stronger and it’ll do my body good like my friend Brandy suggested! =]
But anyways, that’s it for now. I think now that I’m taking a small break, I can concentrate on my skool work a bit more. Other than my fitness news, I have some other great news!! After 1 more quarter of hard work I can start applying for Nursing Programs! Wow I didn’t know I’d be so close to applying soon! I know the waitlist will be pretty tough, but at least its coming faster than I thought! Gotta keep studying harddd.. Wish me luck everyone!
