Well, I played hockey tonight… had a pretty good game, high energy level, scored a few goals. Afterwards had a good workout, focued on my arms, increased the weight for my bicep curls. Overall, a really good day.

I got back into doing cardio first thing in the morning, it feels good to have the energy kick start the day. I’m steadily increasing the weights every week and really sticking to the claen eating routine. I’m looking forward to seem the BF reduce over the next few months.

Well, it’s been 3 weeks now and I am comfortable with my routine (30mins of cardio in the AM, weight training in the evening). It took a little while to establish the routine and now I am committed!
I have established my goals and will enjoy following my progress!
