I have about 4 weeks left to gain size, before I start cutting to compete in June!
Current sked:
Monday– Chest
Tuesday– Legs
Wednesday– Back
Thursday– Delts and Traps
Friday– Arms
Saturday– Legs
Lifting heavy, low reps, 4 sets of 6
