Bicep question
So i just got back on vacation. i was in MI visiting my brother. well, i noticed when we went to his gym in the apartment complex..the only real bicep work he does is standing curls and sometimes a few concentration curls. Also it’s 40 minutes dedicated to that…i was wondering how effective that can be. devoting that much time with one move for that long….and what is everyones habits with biceps moves…..feel free to comment and let me know

depends man..im sure uve heard it before, what works for someone might not work for someone else, everyones different..i myself train bi’s with tri’s and blast the crap out of them..for biceps i do 4 sets standing barbell curls, 4 sets standing dumbbell curls, 4 sets of a lower pulley machine curl (whether its using a rope attachment or a V handle), and then a finishing move such as high cable curls or concentration dumbell curls…just play with your routine and eat a ton and youll grow
