It’s been quite awhile since i’ve last been on here. Probably closer to 2 years. I went from hitting the gym & starting to get cut to losing the gym membership, lost my home, & i am now trying to start life again. With that. It’s only right that i make my way back onto this blog & really try to keep motivated. I gained weight from around 190 to 210 over the last year & already through this year i’ve lost the pounds & i’m back at 190. Now i want to lose a few more pounds of fat & start gaining the muscle again. I still don’t have money for the gym or anything at the moment seeing that everything i have goes towards my music. I was wondering what everyones thoughts are on the P90X challenge. I have to work with a very limited amount of weights so i thought maybe that could help me in some ways.
Good luck to everyone who’s still going strong & those like me who are re-starting again. Also good luck to any newcomers.
Hopefully you’ll all wish me good luck as well! Let the burn begin!

So i just got back on vacation. i was in MI visiting my brother. well, i noticed when we went to his gym in the apartment complex..the only real bicep work he does is standing curls and sometimes a few concentration curls. Also it’s 40 minutes dedicated to that…i was wondering how effective that can be. devoting that much time with one move for that long….and what is everyones habits with biceps moves…..feel free to comment and let me know

Hi everyone, i had the worlds biggest snag in life and health. i’m going to have to move because i can no longer pay for the house i’m staying in, and for the last two weeks it got be so depressed that i was on suicide hotlines, wrote my suicide note, re-wrote my Will, and was ready to end it all….i shut down….no food to eat, friends here and there who showed me tremendous amounts of support. and now i think i may be ok. i still have a lot to go through and i still don’t have a new definatelof where i’m going to live..(my house doesn’t even have heat now so fire’s will be a blazin tonight in the fireplace) but once i know where i end up i will update that. well, i didn’t work out much in the last two weeks but i’m going to try my best to get back on that! i wanted results and i gotta get it. So bare with me and stay on all of your goals!
