I just wanted to whine and feel sorry for myself and get it out, I guess. I’m just so tired of being hurt. I hate waiting and that’s all I can do. Just wait till it heals. How stupid is that?! Oh well. Tomorrow I’ll find out whether or not, I’m gonna be able to go bow hunting this year. I haven’t tried drawing back on my Bow and knowing how it normally feels, I’m guessing it’ll hurt tremendously. But I’m gonna give it a shot tomorrow, just to see how much it hurts.

I hate being sick! I was doing so good too. This seems to happen everytime I really get back in to working out. Although this time I know why, one of my stoopit co-workers was hacking her herpegonnasyphilees all over the place on Weds and being that a jail is such an enclosed environment, I had no choice but to breath her coodies all day. I will get her back! I’m not sure yet how, but I will! Stuff her in a garbage can maybe?
Hope that everyone else is doing better than me!

I dunno, I’ve been so lethargic lately. I’m having a hard time staying motivated to work out. I mean In my head I know I should do it and I want to, but by time I get home at nite after work, I’ve been so exhausted. I just don’t have the energy to put in a good workout. I’ve put in some half-ass workouts, most everyday, but it seems like I’m cheating myself. I’m up for work at 0450 every workday and then Im home by 1530(usually) but then I just crash. Then on my off days I’m sleeping till like 0900 - 1000, and its so hard to get going. Im usually asleep by 2130-2200 everynite, so I don’t get it. Anyone have any Idea’s? Please, I could use the help.

So I don’t know, I weight train 3 days a week but I run a 5K 4 days a week, Lift,run,lift,run,lift,run,run - start over. I want to keep my body fat down, so that’s why I run. I’ve had friends tell me that I run too much, thus hampering muscle gain. Anyone have any idea’s or comments?
