almost the full body of weights. I left arms and abs for tomorrow. I ran through 6 or so excercises one at a time in a circuit over and over, swapping in a few diffferent excercise here and there. Hope it shocked my body! .

If you feel sore all over 1-2 days later, then yeah, you shocked the body.
