370 lb leg press for 10 reps! 170 lb leg extension for 6 reps!
Old record was 350 for 10, and 150 for 6
Otherwise good eating. According to fit day. Calories in about 2000, calorie out about 2500. 1/7 of a LB lost today! :)
Excercise good. Morning cardio, afternoon cardio, Evening weights and cardio. Cardio total about 60 minutes, weights about 40 minutes. Legs/abs/arms

For over a year I have occasionally bought Sardines to try them, after reading various articles in fitness magazines about them being such a healthy food. Each time I have bought them I have held onto them for a few months before eventually throw or giving them away. I kept seeing visions of thier little fish eyes staring at me if I ever opened the pack, and even worse the visions of trying to bite into something still wearing its face!! So today I finally opened one, and waddaya know.. no face, no eyes, just fish… One irrational fear gone~ Now time to conquer the fear of going under 200 I think!
So good work out today. I did back/chest/shoulders/abs.
Good eating. I had some vicious cravings but I held off!

almost the full body of weights. I left arms and abs for tomorrow. I ran through 6 or so excercises one at a time in a circuit over and over, swapping in a few diffferent excercise here and there. Hope it shocked my body!

For my birthday this year I want to be under 195. Doable? I have 12 weeks to lose about 12 lb. A major worry is the 10+ holiday parties I will be attending in the next few months… Wish me luck!
Even if I only get under 200 that would be awsome too. It has been years since I was under 200 and I really would hate to spend another year of my life with being over 200 for even 1 day of it.

I only hit snooze 1 time~! Amazing. So I got in about 50 minutes of cardio this morning. broken down to: treadmill 5 min, bike 10 min, stairmachine 15 min, elliptical about 30. Then in the afternoon I did about 20 on a different kind of elliptical.
Eating was very good.
Morning snack
Half my shake of 1 scoop weigh protien, 20 oz skim milk, 2/3 tsp creatine plus (300 cal?)
Breakfast: Other half of the above + 2/3 c cooked irish oatmeal (+100 cal)
Snack: few almonds (+ 100 cal)
Lunch: Palmagranite + 1c. chicken (+400 cal?)
Snack: some almonds (+150 cal)
Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 slice ezekiel bread, + an oz of 8 yr old sharp chedder (yumm!) (+400 cal?)
So about 1450, + a small bed time snack in a few hours. Probably 1 slice ezekiel with 1 tbsp Peanut butter. so (+300) = grand total an awsome 1750 or so~ YES!
Yah I know i was really short on the veggies today, but I took a vitamin and well, yah i was bad… Oh well.

It was s***ested that I try to break my weight loss stall out with eating a ton of whatever I wanted for up to a week. Just freak the body out. End result. I gained about 8 lb in 5 days. I really know how to pack in high calorie salty foods!!
Today is my first day back on eating healthy in the 1600 calorie range. It will be interesting to see how my weight settles in about 3 days, when all the salt is gone.
Today I did 25 min cardio in the am. 25 min of cardio at lunch. Back and chest for the weights in the evening + 20 more minutes of cardio.
Tomorrows plan: arms and shoulders + 3 cardio sessions, broken up the same as today except maybe more minutes, say up to an hour.
I hope to increase the morning cardio to 40 or 60 minutes, but that will involve not automatically beating my alarm clock into submission (snooze) before thinking. It will take some time. Today snooze got hit 3 times before I made it out of bed, and even then I sat awake in bed for 15 minutes just thinking about, should I go or should I go back to bed and get that extra 30 minutes of sleep…

My upper body is tight and sore all over. Taking the day off to rest and feed my muscles. Then back at it tomorrow morning!

Upper body for about 30 minutes + about 30 minutes of cardio
. I also tried out jumping rope today! I have not jumped rope in public since I was ohhh about 12 years old. It took a long time to get the hang of it, but it turned out to be a Very good form of HIIT. My HR hit over 170 real fast each time I started up.

I ate almost exactly perfect today. My calories should end up around 1600 or 1700 by the end of tonight. I was an animal in the gym. Today was leg day and I really hit them hard. Then I topped it off with 20 minutes of cardio with hr around 155 to 165.
Awsome weight loss day.
I hope to keep this up for 2 more days, then I have 2 planned cheats coming up. 2 halloween party things. Yummmy, no way I am not going to partake in the pumpkin bars and yummy crackers with special homemade dips!
